Job Description
|
- Planning yearly audit program;
- Ensuring timely commencement and completion of the audit process;
- Making recommendations within the purview of the policy and ethos of the organization;
- Ensuring that the management comments are aligned with recommendations;
- Ensuring that the agreed upon action plan with timelines, is duly prepared by external agency after each report, such that issues pending to be resolved are monitored;
- Conducting follow-up audits to determine adequacy of corrective action taken after initial audit is done by external agency;
- Maintaining and updating the Risk Register i.e. identifying, categorizing, monitoring and mitigating Risks in the organization.
