Candidate Profile
|
- Total 10+ years of accounting/finance experience out of which at least 3-4 years in the capacity of finance controller handling large transformation / reorganization investment programmes.
- Prior experience working in large IT Outsourcing companies in a global role is advantageous. Should have a sound understanding of infrastructure management
- Prior exposure in directly working or indirectly dealing with the “Big-5” market players in the financial consultancy /accountancy domain.
- Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English.
- Outstanding communication skills (email, presentations)
- Clear logical thinking
- Good problem solving, negotiation & situation handling skills.
- Highly dynamic individual, ability to manage conflicting priorities and changing requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with colleagues/executive stakeholders.

Job Description
|
- This role is global and is responsible to the GIO CFO, he/she will establish and maintain sound Programme Financial controls and procedures for the GIO transformation programme (investment & benefit).
- This person will also provide ongoing financial support to project/programme managers to track & ensure project YTD spent (forecast vs. Actual), ROI & then report the overall financial data including impact on Operating Income for the programme on regular basis.
- Manage the financial business case for the Transformation costs and benefits, lead on the creation of financial business cases for large projects and run ROI and other standard calculations for all projects for evaluation
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the CFO, Transformation Direct & Programme Managers, the ability to use the financial reporting systems in Capgemini and tracking tools to create monthly financial reporting across the Transformation
- Deep understanding of benefit management and the ability to lead on all areas of benefit realisation, including benefit realisation tracking.
- Producing and maintaining the financial management plan. Providing regular inputs for programme financial planning/ budgeting etc. Ensuring effective financial monitoring and control such that budgetary contractual obligations / compliance etc.
- Conducting periodic reviews of all GIO transformation projects to ensure financial integrity and risk assessment. Report to steering committee/ GIO senior executive management as appropriate.
- Establishing and developing strong working relationships with key financial controls in the global organisation and other key stakeholders
