|
Professional: Sales experience: Minimum 12-15 yrs of Sales & Marketing experience
Acquisition support / customer development: Customer presentation, proposal development, sales information. Experience of Regional market
Project / Process: Project work: Management and IT consulting / development of methods and technical solutions in SIS-related topic areas and sectors, portfolio development
Part/project and topic responsibility, SIS employees and/or customer employee management, budget responsibility for projects
Leadership - 3-4 people reporting
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Industry

Job Description
|
Identification & evaluation of existing and emerging, retrofit & post-warranty, service markets, evaluation of customer potential & needs, organizing seminars & promotional initiatives, training identification, etc., in order to increase customer awareness, about Siemens potential & competence for catering to their needs
Contribution to assurance of business success
- Planning, Organizing and Goal Setting
Defining & planning short term business goals, manpower planning & deployment, planning of business enhancing initiatives & monitoring the implementation of the same, in order to set direction and implementing of plan for Division’s business
# Lead sales function regionally & formulate sales strategy
# Responsible for the achievement of sales goal
# Direct sales force to achieve sales target
# Lead in major negotiation
# Monitoring & anticipation of competitor & market activities; derivation of necessary consequences for sales activities
# Within functional area, select, deploy & develop employees under relevant statutory legistation & company policies
# Align all members towards team excellence in order to ensure long term company success with motivated high calibrate employees
# Motivate, guide subordinates, identify their training & development needs, recommend initiatives for the same, evaluate, recognize & recommend rewards for performance, in order to generate optimal performance for subordinates and retain talent
Customer development plan, improvement of sales & related process ;To co-ordinate resolution of customers complaints in order to ensure customers satisfaction
Monitor client wise receivable/debtors, advances, extra claims etc & initiate actions to collect payments to enable to achieve planned working capital |
