Job Description
|
Solution:-
- Solutions Strategy & Development with Sector Topics
- Alignment with Practice Heads/Vertical Practice Manager on competencies
- Lead Pre- Sales team with Value Proposition
Proposal & Bid Management:-
- Proposal Development with clear sector/vertical differentiation
- Bid management against RFP/Tender specs
- Pricing strategy ü Competition Analysis and win strategy
Sales & Account Management:-
- Drive Business in Target Accounts
- Account Planning & Management ü Handle Complex Sales Cycle Management directly and through the regional Sales organization.
- High Level relationship Management ü Determine Win strategy along with Sales
- Overall Project monitoring & Supervision- Profitability, Success etc
Others :-
- Forecasting & Business Planning for the Sector
- Lead generation to Deal Closure – Direct and Indirect via Channel Partners
- Account & Sales Pipeline tracking
- Management Reporting
- Participation in Sector Events- Brand improvement and visibility
- Alignment and participation with Siemens Industry sector teams
