Job Description

Solution:-

  • Solutions Strategy & Development with Sector Topics
  • Alignment with Practice Heads/Vertical Practice Manager on competencies
  • Lead Pre- Sales team with Value Proposition

Proposal & Bid Management:-

  • Proposal Development with clear sector/vertical differentiation
  • Bid management against RFP/Tender specs
  • Pricing strategy ü Competition Analysis and win strategy

Sales & Account Management:-

  • Drive Business in Target Accounts
  • Account Planning & Management ü Handle Complex Sales Cycle Management directly and through the regional Sales organization.
  • High Level relationship Management ü Determine Win strategy along with Sales
  • Overall Project monitoring & Supervision- Profitability, Success etc

Others :-

  • Forecasting & Business Planning for the Sector
  • Lead generation to Deal Closure – Direct and Indirect via Channel Partners
  • Account & Sales Pipeline tracking
  • Management Reporting
  • Participation in Sector Events- Brand improvement and visibility
  • Alignment and participation with Siemens Industry sector teams
Salary CTC (Rs Per Annum)
20-25 Lakhs
